Mechacera Equipment - Deodorization, Sterilization, and Oxidation Technology
Recently, many accidents related to Hot Tubs and Circulatory Baths have become a hot topic of conversation in Japan.
In order to solve such sanitary problems, we would like to introduce our Legionella eradication equipment.
In reality, most Hot-Spring and SPA facilities inject sufficient Chlorine and change the water supply. However, dirt tends to accumulate in areas that are difficult to reach for cleaning, and Slime tends to form.
In some cases, this Slime can become a colony (residence) for bacteria and legionella.
Mechanisms and effects of Mechacera water and Circulating baths
■ Mechacera Ball (catalytic ceramic) is made of 18 kinds of metal powder including iron and manganese sintered at 1600°C. When contacted with chlorine, it strengthens the oxidative decomposition action of the catalyst (which instantly accelerates chemical reactions).
■ This catalytic action is applied to Circulation Bath to repeat the reaction while circulating the hot water, continuously sterilizing and deodorizing (excluding chlorine odor, etc.), and always maintaining hygienic water quality. The bathtub, filtration system, and even Slime in the pipes are all sterilized, and by rinsing the washing area and walls with this circulating water, Slime is removed, sterilization is performed, and mold is prevented.
